Congratulations, you have found a buyer for your Spanish property!

• Copy of buying Title deed.
• Copy of Nota Simple.
• NIE Number certificate (in force). A duplicate may be necessary if your certificate expired.
• Copy of utility invoices (water & electricity)
• Copy of IBI tax invoice.
• Energy Efficiency Report
• Licence of First Occupation
• If you own in a Community of Owners, community certificate.
• Fiscal residency certificate (to avoid 3% sales proceeds retention on selling).
