The European Parliament’s Policy Department for Citizen’s Rights and Constitutional Affairs kindly used as source one of our articles for their study on ‘Cross Border Acquisitions of Residential Property in the EU: Problems Encountered by Citizens.’

The study, commissioned by the JURI Committee, identifies and analyses the legal and practical difficulties that a EU citizen faces on buying residential immovable property in another Member State.
